Shipping policy

We currently ship to customers across North America. Additional international locations to be added.

Packages ship from our global partner locations. Shipping times may vary from 5–30 days. Shipping options, rates, and delivery times are viewable upon checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping companies, damaged or stolen packages, or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. However, if your order is lost during shipment with the correct address, please contact us with your order details so that we may investigate and provide replacements when appropriate.

While most packages will arrive on schedule, please keep in mind weather and pandemic-related delays.
